Parkwood Behavioral Health System, a UHS facility, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (RN) to lead 24/7 nursing services across inpatient and program settings. The role requires strategic oversight and dedication to compassionate patient care in a high-acuity behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program; MSN is required.
Five years clinical mental health nursing experience and three years in a supervisory role.
Licensure and registration by the Mississippi Board of Nursing as RN, or multi-state license via NCSBN.
Knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, leadership, therapeutic relationships and crisis management.
CRP/CPR training

Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 nursing services for Parkwood BHS patients.
Promote patient care in line with Parkwood BHS philosophy and objectives.
Lead nursing staff and supervise clinical operations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
