Qualifications

• Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in LA.
• BSN from CCNE accredited program; MSN preferred within first year in role.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing strategy with a patient-centered approach across 5 areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, Finance.
• Participate in hospital’s strategic planning and coordinate high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Provide leadership and educational support within a large UHS network while maintaining facility autonomy.
