Job summary
Freedom Behavioral is on the lookout for a dynamic Corporate Nursing Director to lead strategic growth initiatives within our expanding behavioral health organization. This role involves overseeing nursing services across multiple acute inpatient psychiatric hospitals while ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of senior nursing leadership experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); a Master's degree is strongly preferred. This exciting position will require travel across service areas, with an emphasis on bringing meaningful changes to patient care and organizational performance.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years experience in senior nursing leadership.
- Active RN License in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and oversight for nursing services.
- Develop and maintain a unified nursing vision and strategic plan.
- Ensure implementation of evidence-based psychiatric nursing practices.
