Qualifications

• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility.
• Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency.
