Atrium Centers is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility operations in Michigan. The role emphasizes strong supervisory leadership, regulatory compliance, and effective care management in a resident-centered environment.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years of healthcare facility management experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a commitment to quality, staff development, and resident rights.

Qualifications

• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility
• Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting
• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure facility compliance at both federal and state levels, including routine inspections
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency
• Coordinate with social workers to address residents’ emotional and social needs
• Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques
• Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and participation
