The ideal candidate has a BSN, an RN license, and 3+ years of progressive ED leadership experience, with a priority on regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensure in the US.
• 3+ years of progressive Emergency Department leadership.
• ED Manager/Director experience required in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all Emergency Department operations.
• Drive patient throughput and improve department efficiency.
