Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking an Event Concierge to bridge our Event Sales/Planning teams with on-site contacts. You will address special requests, manage details of meetings, and ensure smooth group coordination and billing support.

The role requires a strong guest-service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic event needs while maintaining professionalism on a busy property.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight (about 25 lbs).
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• The Event Concierge is the liaison between Event Sales/Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact.
• This role handles special requests with detailed knowledge of meeting facilities and group dynamics.
