Kimpton Fort Lauderdale Beach, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Executive Meeting Manager to drive profitable execution for groups and ensure revenue targets are met. The role requires hotel catering sales expertise, strong vendor coordination, and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality with catering sales is essential.
• Experience at a hotel of similar size/quality is required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Delphi; strong sales and revenue management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement profitable execution for all groups.
• Ensure group revenue meets contracts and targets.
• Support re-booking of repeat business through long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with Convention Services and Banquet departments for event execution.
• Provide direction and evaluation of operations and banquet orders.
• Manage relationships with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
