Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager for the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Fargo, ND. You will lead planning for small groups and meetings, coordinating menus, room setups, AV needs, and manage client communications from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

The role requires 1–2 years of event coordination or catering experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Delphi,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of event coordination, catering, or hospitality operations experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of event planning for group meetings, conferences, and functions.
• Consult with clients to determine event requirements including menus, setups, and AV.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and billing.
