Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Banquet Server for the Delta by Marriott, Fargo ND. You will service, set‑up and break down banquet functions, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Qualifications include a High School diploma and experience with major hotel brands; ability to read BEOs; strong communication; and the physical stamina to handle heavy service tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Service, set-up and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident‑free manner.
• Read BEOs and know equipment needed for each function.
• Set tables and buffets with proper equipment and food presentation.
• Greet and serve guests following policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned event paperwork and side work.
• Stock and organize products during events and assist with next day setup.
