You will manage calendars, coordinate bookings, and partner with Sales and Agent Development on logistics while maintaining a seamless customer experience end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-touch events, executive administrative support, premium hospitality, or customer facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Executive Business Center's four meeting rooms, keeping the space welcoming and ready for executive briefings, select internal meetings, and events.
