Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development to lead growth across the Northeast region, spearheading sales strategy for our DSM portfolio including energy efficiency, demand response and load flexibility, transportation electrification (EVs), and solar and battery programs.

You will bring established mid- to senior-level relationships with Northeast utilities and a proven track record of closing complex deals in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Must have established mid- to senior-level relationships across Northeast utilities.
• Experience closing complex deals in the energy sector.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Secure new revenue with Electric and Gas utilities in the Northeast by driving new sales and coordinating with regulatory, delivery, and shared services teams.
• Achieve annual sales quota goals and expand EE, DR, and DER services to utilities.
• Develop and implement integrated BD and sales strategies, including strategic plans for new and existing utility accounts.
