Job Summary

Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Executive Lounge Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and comfortable Executive Lounge environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests, set-up and replenish food and beverage offerings, maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, and ensure food is properly presented and stocked throughout service periods. Clear tables, restock supplies, respond to guest requests, and follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred. Must possess strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
