The Marriott Renaissance Allentown in Allentown, PA is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to help deliver exceptional service during weddings, conferences, and events at our premier hotel.

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting where you will set up banquet rooms, serve food and beverages, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace throughout events.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet server or F&B service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
