Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI is hiring a Part-Time Executive Lounge Attendant to deliver personalized service to Hilton Honors guests and maintain a welcoming, high-quality lounge environment. This role is part of the Marcus Hotels & Resorts family.

The position requires strong English communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and availability Monday through Friday (weekends not required). Join a collaborative hospitality team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required).

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware.
• Serve food and beverages per Hilton brand standards and event orders.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked lounge, pantry, and storage space.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Monitor lounge usage and keep accurate guest counts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly.
• Support hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork.

What Will You Be Doing?

As An Executive Lounge Attendant, You Will Be The Face Of Our Exclusive Lounge Experience For Hilton Honors Guests. Each Shift Brings New Opportunities To Provide Thoughtful Service And Ensure a Relaxing, High-quality Atmosphere, Including

• Setting up and breaking down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware
• Serving food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space
• Responding promptly to guest requests or communicating with supervisors as needed
• Monitoring lounge usage and keeping accurate guest counts
• Collaborating with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly
• Supporting hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork
