• Executive Voice Drafting: draft posts and replies in authentic voice for approval.
• Social Reporting: end-to-end reporting and translate data into actionable insights.
• Influencer, Peer & Analyst Tracking: curate lists and advise engagement opportunities.
• Social Listening & Insight: identify trends and feed briefs for content.
• Community Management & Engagement: monitor engagement and surface opportunities.
• Editorial Oversight & Quality Control: finalize voice and production quality before publishing.
