Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
Prior experience in legal or professional services organization is preferred.
Understanding of liquor licensing and cannabis-related matters is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage projects assigned by the Firm President.
Act as point of contact for key projects.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
Run conflict checks and draft legal documents.
