Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a founder-level Leadership Recruiter to own senior and executive search end-to-end across GTM, R&D, and G&A. You will partner directly with the founders and executive team to identify, engage, and close exceptional leaders who raise the bar and multiply the impact of TRM's teams.

You'll build our leadership recruiting function from the ground up, defining how we find, assess, and win the very best leaders in the market. Our high-growth environment rewards ownership and speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruiting or executive search, with VP and/or C-level hiring experience.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments and scaling leadership teams.
• Extensive senior leader network and credibility to open doors and engage talent.
• Experience owning retained-style leadership searches end-to-end, from defining search to close.
• Executive presence to partner with founders and senior leaders and navigate high-stakes decisions.
• Fluency using AI across the search process (research, sourcing, candidate synthesis).
• Exceptional sourcing instincts; ability to build leadership pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent written communication and rigorous project management to move multiple searches quickly.
• Experience hiring leaders across GTM, R&D, and G&A; or in mission-driven environments.
• This position is only open to candidates located in the United States.

• Create scalable interview structures and ensure rigorous assessment of leaders.
