Job summary

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead day-to-day hospital operations, drive clinical excellence, and manage financial performance. You will establish operational controls, support a high-performing leadership team, and ensure Joint Commission and CARF accreditation compliance.

The role requires a healthcare management background, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and a proven track record in improving patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful healthcare management experience, preferably as hospital/healthcare facility Director or COO.
• Passion for superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hospital operations and implement strategic plan.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF).
