Qualifications

• RN license required and active in GA
• Master's degree in nursing, health administration, or business administration required
• Seven years OR experience with progressive OR management experience required
• Three to five years Director experience preferred
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Georgia (or eligible)
• Extensive experience overseeing Perioperative and Cardiology service lines in a complex hospital system preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead in developing philosophy, goals, and objectives for Procedural Areas including OR, Pre-/Postoperative Units, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing
• Provide administrative and financial accountability for planning, directing, staffing, coordinating, and controlling Perioperative Services
• Promote increased case volume and market share through marketable surgery programs and surgeon relations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality improvement with OR Committee and Medical staff
• Manage annual operations and capital budgets and present proposals to the governing body
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and service lines to optimize care delivery and patient satisfaction
