Howard Brown Health in Chicago seeks a Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Service Delivery to lead nursing across clinics, ensure high-quality care, optimize care-team workflows, infection control, and accreditation readiness.

Requires a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field, 8+ years of senior clinical practice or management, Illinois RN license, and experience with Epic EHR and CBAs in a nonprofit/FQHC setting.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Experience administering a CBA and managing a unionized workforce.
• Experience in FQHC / nonprofit clinical practice.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations across clinics and ensure quality patient care.
• Lead infection control and accreditation readiness efforts.
• Strategize staffing, labor relations, and professional licensure support.
• Collaborate with CMO and executives on clinical service delivery.
