You will set the operating model, drive value-based care initiatives, and ensure scalable, high‑quality provider experiences while aligning clinical and business goals. The role requires extensive healthcare leadership, P&L accountability, and collaboration with clinical, growth, and technology leaders to deliver sustained enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Public Health, or related field.
• MBA/MHA/MPH or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, matrixed organizations and multi-market programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and operating model for MSO and IPA.
• Own P&L and drive revenue growth, cost control, and performance metrics.
• Lead provider engagement, onboarding, and scalable MSO operations across markets.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Analytics to deploy provider-facing solutions.
• Develop leadership capability and culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
