Job summary

AIP Connect in New York seeks a seasoned Managing Director, Integrated Media to join the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO. This is the most senior role within Integrated Media, responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and shaping agency-wide strategy in collaboration with the Stagwell network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in client services, strategic planning or general management within top-tier firms or agencies.
• Demonstrated track record closing new business and owning client relationships.
• Experience representing an agency externally through press or industry activities.
• Board/C-suite level experience with clients and internal leadership.
• Deep knowledge of strategic planning and media planning across traditional/digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Sit on the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to company-wide strategy and culture.
• Own and drive new business for Integrated Media and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with Stagwell network and partner agencies on engagements.
• Maintain 1–2 top client relationships as the senior escalation point.
• Represent the agency publicly through engagements, press, and thought leadership.
• Mentor VPs and Directors, setting tone and culture for the practice.
• Oversee commercial health, including fee negotiations and profitability.
