Crossmedia, Inc. is hiring a Managing Director, Integrated Media Investment in New York. You will lead the Investment Leadership Team, shaping investment strategy across Video/CTV, Local TV/Audio, OOH/Print, Display, Native, Social, Search and Programmatic.

The role requires senior client leadership, strong business acumen and executive presence. You will manage a multi‑client book, partner with CoEs, and drive innovative investment solutions while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in media investment, activation, or integrated media leadership.
• Fluency across Video/CTV, Digital, Social, Search, Programmatic, Audio and OOH.
• Proven track record leading integrated investment strategy for complex, multi‑channel clients.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic investment roadmap across all channels and define innovative opportunities.
• Lead cross‑channel investment POVs and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee activation, budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation for multiple accounts.
