Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Vice President of Addiction Services to provide executive leadership for strategic direction, operational performance, and growth across the addiction services continuum. You will work in a dyadic partnership with the Medical Director and lead efforts in inpatient, outpatient, OTPs, and wraparound services to advance high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Master's degree preferred with 10+ years of senior leadership in addiction treatment.
Knowledge of addiction services operations, finance, workforce management, Epic, and performance management.
Proven ability to lead organizational change across hospital-based and ambulatory settings in a dyad leadership model.

Responsibilities

Lead Addiction Services in a dyadic partnership with the Medical Director to drive strategy and care across the continuum.
Maintain accountability with clear performance metrics and data-driven decisions.
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development for the division.
Drive budget development, forecasting, and financial oversight.
Foster partnerships with health system leaders, hospitals, and community partners.
