Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly preferred (MD/DO, MBA/MPH/MHA).
• Experience: 10+ years in complex hospital or health-system operations; success with capital programs and new facility activation.
• Skills: Strategic planning, leadership, Lean, change management, stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into annual operating plans with KPIs ensuring access, capacity and flow.
• Lead Lean implementation to scale operating model and drive performance.
• Define service lines, care pathways, staffing models and throughput standards.
• Oversee P&L, capital deployment, and activation budgets with disciplined governance.
• Coordinate campus master planning, design, and construction within governance structures.
