Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into annual operating plans with KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead Lean initiatives for continuous improvement and scale operating model.
• Define service lines, staffing models, and throughput standards.
• Drive safety, quality, equity, and patient experience improvements.
• Own hospital P&L and manage capital deployment and activation budgets.
