Job summary

Lunera Health seeks a COO to drive operational excellence across clinics, pharmacy, behavioral health, and support services. You will partner with the CEO and CCO to implement strategic goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain financial sustainability while enhancing patient access and experience.

Lead non-provider staff, including remote call center, oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Admin or related field.
  • Masters degree in public health, health administration or business administration with healthcare focus preferred.
  • Licensed as a registered nurse with leadership experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including multi-department oversight.

  • Provide executive oversight for assigned operational departments and service lines.
  • Direct daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals.
  • Develop and monitor operational strategies to improve access, service delivery and performance.
