Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial printing, sublimation, apparel manufacturing, or related manufacturing.
• Proven executive experience as CEO, President, COO, General Manager, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success leading an established company or significant manufacturing operation.
• Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, financial management, and profitability improvement.
• Proven success hiring, managing, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflows, quality, and customer deadlines.
• Experience improving systems, efficiency, company performance, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Run daily business operations and take accountability for company performance.
• Turn ownerships vision into plans, priorities, measurable goals and results.
• Lead departments, make decisions, resolve problems, and improve communication.
