Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks an Associate Vice President of Enterprise Care Management to lead the care management continuum across hospital and ambulatory settings. You will drive an enterprise operating model, standardize governance, and align strategies with quality, access, and financial goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a health-related field, RN or LICSW licensure, and at least 10 years of healthcare leadership with 5+ years in senior care management leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a healthcare field.
• Active RN license or LICSW required; RN licensure preferred by scope.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles in care management or related areas.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for enterprise care management across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Design and implement an integrated operating model for care management.
• Establish standards, governance, workflows, metrics, and accountability.
• Lead strategies to improve patient progression and reduce avoidable utilization.
• Partner with physician, nursing, finance, population health, and payers to align goals.
• Lead enterprise transformation to standardize care management practices.
• Oversee workforce planning and leadership development.
• Ensure budget accountability, productivity oversight, and business cases.
• Use data analytics and outcomes reporting to drive improvement.
