Position Summary

The Associate Vice President, Enterprise Care Management provides executive leadership for MultiCare’s integrated care management continuum, including acute care case management, ambulatory care management, patient progression, care coordination, and transitions of care. This role is accountable for designing and advancing an enterprise-wide operating model that connects inpatient, ambulatory, post-acute, and value-based care strategies to
