Job summary

CareSource is seeking an Associate Vice President, Integrated Care Management Operations to lead strategic direction and oversight of integrated care across high-volume markets. You will align operations with organizational goals, drive quality outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with Market Leadership, Medical Affairs, and other leaders to implement innovative programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, health care or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years of clinical operations leadership and/or case management, disease management, medical management, quality improvement, or related experience required.
• Five (5) years of senior level management experience required.
• Five (5) years of Managed Care experience in a multi-market organization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for integrated care activities across regions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based programs and standardized operating models.
• Review financial, utilization, quality, and operational reports to drive improvements.
• Lead staffing models and resource allocation for market variability and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and health equity.
