Job summary

The JCC Association of North America is looking for a Chief Operating Officer/Director of Development for the JCC of the North Shore in Marblehead, MA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, donor cultivation, and event planning skills with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fundraising efforts including individual and corporate solicitations.
• Plan and execute fundraising events.
• Manage Development Department annual budget.
• Directly supervise associated departments.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Event planning experience

Versed in CRM software systems

Microsoft Excel proficiency

Knowledgeable in financial budgets and forecasting
