You will shape claim practices, improve litigation management, and deliver superior outcomes while mentoring leaders and advancing innovation in claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for complex casualty claims handling across a nationwide organization.
• Lead and develop Complex Claims Directors, driving structure and accountability.
• Provide guidance on coverage, litigation strategy, and high-severity claims.
• Establish standards for claim handling, reserving, negotiation, and resolution.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
• Oversee litigation management and collaboration with defense counsel and vendors.
