Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with extensive OPWDD experience.
• Expertise in population health management, risk stratification, quality improvement.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and health care operations at system level.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of clinical services and leadership team.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies, protocols and best practices.
• Oversee population health initiatives and risk stratification.
• Monitor clinical trends, outcomes and performance metrics for quality improvement.
• Oversee incident management including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, Health Home and Medicaid guidelines.
• Serve as clinical resource for complex medical and care management situations.
• Build relationships with OPWDD, agencies, healthcare systems and partners.
• Represent organization during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and workforce initiatives.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and clinical excellence.
