Job summary

Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead the Clinical Team across all company locations, ensuring performance, outcomes, and compliance with Title 9, HIPAA, and CARF/Joint Commission.

The role involves supervising direct care staff, implementing SOPs, and managing staff schedules and employee appraisals with a focus on quality and safety for clients served. Strong leadership in a multi-site clinical setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a clinical program with a Master's or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Four years post-graduate degree management/supervisory experience in a related field.
• Must possess a license as mental health professional (MFT, LCSW, PhD., or other national or state issued license).
• Current TB Test, CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Clinical Team across all locations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Title 9, HIPAA, CARF/Joint Commission and internal SOPs.
• Manage staff schedules, appraisals, and employment matters.
• Oversee clinical aspects at all SHWC locations.
