Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to serve as the senior operational leader for clinical services, overseeing day-to-day delivery, readiness, and continuous improvement across care models.

You will partner with executive leadership, care delivery teams, product/technology, and legal to ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable, patient-centered operations. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field required.
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related discipline) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including multi-site operations, budget management, service-line growth, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Dental, Vision, Audiology, and Podiatry service lines across departments.
Translate operational strategies with organizational goals into fiscally responsible, patient-centered delivery.
Plan and execute key projects with timelines, budgets, and resource management.
Analyze productivity, capacity, and financial/operational indicators to identify opportunities and create scalable processes.
Collaborate with product, technology, analytics, clinical leadership, and frontline teams to test and scale new tools and workflows.
Prepare concise executive updates, operating reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-service line team with annual evaluations.
Collaborate with legal counsel and executives on compliance, contracts, and risk.
Evaluate M&A synergy opportunities and oversee operational integrations.
