Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
Master’s degree strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
Experience with multi-site operations and budget management.
Track record in strategic growth and operational transformation.
Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
Experience with credentialing, scheduling optimization, and vendor procurement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize day-to-day operations of the Dental, Vision, Audiology, and Podiatry service lines.
Translate operational strategies into fiscally responsible, patient-centered delivery.
Plan and execute key projects with budgets and resources managed for outcomes.
Analyze productivity, capacity, access, and financial/operational indicators.
Partner with product, technology, analytics, and frontline teams to test and scale tools.
Prepare executive updates, operating reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Lead and develop a multi-service line team; conduct annual evaluations.
Collaborate with legal counsel and executives on compliance, contracts, and risk.
Examine M&A candidates for synergy and establish integrations.
