Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related.
- Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or similar) required.
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership across multi-site ambulatory/physician practice operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-wide operational leadership across a multi-site ambulatory platform.
- Drive productivity, cost-to-serve, and performance dashboards with transparent reporting.
- Partner with physician leaders to improve access, patient flow, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Lead and develop System Operations Directors and practice managers.
