Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this executive leads a team of professionals and partners with HR, legal, and operational leadership to address workforce challenges and drive standardized, business-focused labor relations across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in HR, employment compliance, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise employee and labor relations strategy across MaineHealth.
• Oversee collective bargaining administration and investigations.
• Champion inclusion, integrity, and workforce engagement.
• Advise senior executives on workforce decisions and risk.
