Job summary

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Inc. seeks an Sr. Vice President of Capital Programs to provide executive leadership for the agency’s capital investments from planning through closeout.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure NEPA compliance, and coordinate with boards, regulators, and partners to deliver rail, bus, streetcar, and facility projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Public Administration, or related field.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible leadership experience managing large-scale capital programs.
• Professional certifications (PE, AICP, PMP, CCM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for planning, environmental review, design, construction, and implementation of capital projects.
• Direct delivery of the Capital Improvement Program, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
