Qualifications

• 10-15+ years leading Facilities and Construction organizations, large-scale capital projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to read drawings and schedules and apply construction sequencing

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development and standards across Construction Operations.
• Manage capital budgets, vendor scheduling, staffing plans, and KPIs.
• Provide hands-on leadership to resolve site challenges and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
