Job summary

Magnifi Financial seeks a seasoned Facilities and Construction leader to oversee all construction, maintenance, and vendor management activities across the organization. You will manage budgets, coordinate planning with executives, and drive sustainable facility initiatives.

Lead a cross-functional team to ensure projects meet scope, quality, and cost targets while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance/construction experience and eight years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages new construction and renovation projects and contractors, evaluates bids, and ensures competitive procurement.
• Spearheads Planning Committee activities for new locations, mergers, and acquisitions and coordinates land development.
• Analyzes procurement practices, designs 3D building models, and develops templates for future expansion.
• Develops and manages budgets and rolling forecasts for facilities needs and approves contractor invoicing for accuracy.
• Communicates project status to executives and stakeholders, and aligns projects with organizational goals.
• Oversees electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems and ensures compliance with building codes.
• Manages safety and security systems and oversees performance evaluations of staff.
• Drives environmental strategies and sustainability programs and coordinates training for staff.
