Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing.
• Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• 12+ years in healthcare systems, anesthesia operations, with 7+ years at director level or higher.
• Experience in business development, clinical implementation, and service stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of Health Systems Management, Hospital Operations, Revenue Cycle, and strategic growth frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across anesthesia services, operations, compliance, and expense management.
• Lead launch and operationalization of new anesthesia programs including staffing and workflows.
• Identify underperforming operations and design turnaround plans with local and enterprise teams.
• Establish dashboards, benchmarks, and KPIs for sustainable operations.
• Go-to-market strategies and growth of service line through internal partnerships.
