Job summary

Legent Health is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple surgical facilities in a region. You will drive financial performance, clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and growth while leading facility administrators and partnering with medical staff and the development team.

The role requires a Master’s in Health Administration (or equivalent) and at least five years in healthcare operations, finance, or consulting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Understanding of business processes, revenue cycle, and finance.
• Ability to articulate financial results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, finance, and management for multiple facilities in a region.
• Develop and implement facility plans, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Recruit and develop physicians and staff; manage partnerships.
• Promote compliance and lead performance reviews and coaching.
• Collaborate with HR and home office on talent development.
