Job summary

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join the leadership team as Vice Chief / Assistant Medical Director. The role partners with the Facility Medical Director and APP leadership to advance patient care, staff satisfaction and departmental performance.

The program supports work-life balance with an expanded staffing model and OB nighthawk APPs. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and relationship-building skills and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in anesthesia leadership roles is required.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hospital administration and APP leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead anesthesia services across multiple sites with 8 anesthesiologists and 21 AAs.
• Oversee patient care quality, efficiency metrics and staff satisfaction.
• Represent anesthesia as a partner within the organization and guide clinical governance.
