Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Ten years of management experience with BS, or five years with MS.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and oversee performance of anesthesia services across Covenant Health facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical and executive teams to improve quality and efficiency of care.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and credentialing; manage contracts with hospitals and physicians.
• Oversee billing processes, payer contracts, and risk management.
• Maintain personnel policies and performance evaluation processes; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, surgeons, hospital leadership, and the community.
