ProMedica seeks an Associate Vice President of Surgical Services to lead quality outcomes, operational efficiency, financial performance and regulatory compliance across system-level surgical programs.

You will partner with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing leaders and executives to align physicians, optimize patient care and staff engagement, and advance ProMedica’s goals for safe, high-quality surgical services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services.
• Active RN license in Michigan and Ohio.
• CNOR, NEA-BC, FACHE, or similar professional certification.
