Job summary

Bank of China USA is a leading international bank seeking an experienced risk governance professional to maintain enterprise‑level policies and coordinate the USRMC, RMICC, RMCC and EROC while supporting the CRO in promoting risk culture. The role combines committee secretariat duties with policy administration and regulatory reporting across the US operations.

Qualified candidates are bilingual in English and Chinese, with a background in risk management and familiarity with OCC Heightened

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Admin, Economics, Finance preferred
• At least 1 year of risk governance experience
• Bilingual English and Chinese required
• Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards FRB Enhanced Prudential Standards (EPS)
• FRM or CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain RMICC, RMCC, and EROC committee materials and minutes
• Coordinate USRMC meetings, agenda, materials, voting results and minutes
• Assist CRO with annual work summaries and risk-culture initiatives
• Produce timely risk reports to HO and support risk governance policy maintenance
• Coordinate information gathering for BOCUSA risk activities and HO reporting
