Sound Transit is seeking a Senior Program Director - Employees Relations & Mediation in Seattle. This role provides strategic ER expertise, conducts impartial investigations, and partners with legal, labor, and equity teams to inform decisions.

The position drives scalable, inclusive processes and ensures compliance across the agency. With a salary range of $121,000 to $231,000 and a midpoint of $176,000, the role offers comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work arrangement in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, law, or related field with 8+ years HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations in union and non-union settings required.
• Ability to consult with leaders, counsel on policy, performance, and risk.

Responsabilités

• Serve as People & Culture expert on employee relations matters across represented and non-represented staff.
• Lead impartial fact-finding, interviews, and recommendations with case management tools.
• Provide guidance on performance, discipline, coaching, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal, labor relations, and equity offices to inform decisions.
• Develop scalable, equitable ER processes, policies, and training; ensure compliance.
